Outbound & Experiential Learning Programs
An OBT achieves in learning in couple of hours what theory attempts, with mixed results, in a couple of years.
In the OBT space,Hummingbirds provides customised activities to suit a specific group while keeping average-age and fitness levels as well as business seniority of the individuals in mind. The entire session comprises of a multi activity module that energises participants, facilitates interaction, and achieves learning in a non-stressful ambience. Outbound & Experiential Learning Programs generally revolve around activities designed to improve Ownership and Accountability, Trust, Teamwork and Collaboration, Delegation, Goal Setting, Goal Alignment, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Planning and Organising, Change Management, Motivation and leadership, Work-Life Balance etc. Participants are divided into teams and assignedtasks or activities for completion in a specified time.

participants at ease and help them interact freely in a group.
Ice /Inhibition Breakers
The theatre dodel enables participants to enact roles that they may enjoy or not enjoy. The participant’s creative trait which may have been dormant emerges andawareness of his own strengths and talents is experienced in a journey of self discovery.
Role Play
Time Bound Group Exercise : with or without leaders. A good way to deliberate, brainstorm and arrive at solutions. Each of the activities will have a de-briefing and self-learning components.
Exercise & Activities
The Facilitator will spend 05- 07 minutes after completion of every ACTIVITY with the participants. Individuals and Groups will discuss and share their learning experiences, their personal hits and misses and seek advice on developmental action plans.
PEP TALK
Games depend essentially on the pulse of the participant. Participants realise the advantage of team plays and learn the importance of being part of strong teams. The aim is to energise, demolish mindsets, eliminate inhibitions, rejuvenate and prepare the group for learning. Every session may consist of one or two games to boost participants learning and activate their interests.
